Here’s the deal: most chimney sweeps in the area will tell you to sweep once a year, but they won’t explain why your chimney might need it every six months, or why that one neighbor sweeps twice a year while another goes three. We don’t do templates. We inspect first, then tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it’ll take to fix it. That’s how you avoid the $2,000 surprise when your flue collapses because someone skipped the basics. We’ve seen chimneys in Mendota Heights turn into fire hazards because homeowners ignored creosote buildup or cracked liners. Our job isn’t just to clean; it’s to make sure your chimney doesn’t become a liability. And if it’s beyond a sweep? We’ll tell you that too, no matter how much it stings.
What sets us apart isn’t some fancy certification or a truck full of gadgets. It’s the fact that we treat your chimney like it’s the only one we’re responsible for. No ‘we’ll be back next year’ excuses. No ‘your chimney’s fine’ lies when it’s not. We show up with the right tools, do the work right the first time, and stand by our inspection reports. If you’ve ever dealt with a chimney sweep who acted like they were doing you a favor, you’ll appreciate the difference. Our crew knows Mendota Heights’ homes, from the older brick ranches near Lake Phalen to the newer builds on Mendota Road. We’ve seen the damage from ignored chimneys in this area, and we’re not here to let another one happen. Call us when you want straight answers, not a sales spiel.
